Using the wide range of possibilities offered by FleetBroadband price profiles, SIRM is able to support customers in choosing the most suitable profile for their needs. The plans start with the Standard, 75MB Plan and 250MB profiles for users with limited communication needs and end with the Giga Plan profiles (1Gb, 4Gb, 8Gb, 20Gb, 40Gb) that can also be used in SCAP throughout the fleet.
SIRM completes its FBB product portfolio with the FleetOnCloud Connect Hybrid solution. This solution offers the possibility of creating a FBB/Cellulare hybrid communications network, thanks to the partnership with international operators, with global service coverage and a single monthly fee based on the monthly data allowance. Through the hybrid network, ships can connect to the cellular terrestrial network, up to a distance of 20/25km from the coast and reach navigation speeds of over 20Mbps, with roaming with the main cellular operators worldwide. This service significantly improves the on-board communication service, while keeping costs under constant control.
